Organic sulfur is a food not a drug: MethylSulfonylmethane in crystal form precipitated from  DMSO. It has not been processed past
precipitation into its crystalline matrix. Sulfur exists as a crystal in
its mineral and organic forms. No fillers, anti-caking agents, or
preservatives are added. 
 
 
Who can benefit from MSM? EVERYONE who suffers from joint discomfort and pain, chronic inflammation, lethargy, skin and hair problems. Your body is comprised of 4 % sulfur but does not store the sulfur nor make it. We should get sulfur from the foods we eat, but the use of chemical fertilizers we believe, has broken the sulfur cycle.
 
DIRECTION FOR USE: 
Dissolve one teaspoon per 100 lbs. of body weight in 4 ounces of filtered hot water twice daily (or as recommended by a health professional).  
Can also be swallowed whole or taken without water.
Best if meal and medication are taken 30 minutes after taking MSM.
It’s important to drink water while taking MSM: 50 ounces of water per 100lbs of body weight.
